No, each player is allowed only one account. Creating multiple accounts may lead to suspension or permanent closure.

Click on the “Forgot Password?” link on the login page, enter your registered email, and follow the instructions to reset your password.

In line with our licensing requirements and industry AML-policies, practices and procedures we have implemented Know Your Customer (KYC) checks, suspicious monitoring and anti-fraud checks. 

Once you receive a request to upload any sort of documents it will go through a security check. Usually, it’s an automatic process that takes less than 5 minutes.
